Join us for a unique experience  - a Community Kitchen program with a twist! Join us for a unique experience where we will alternate between cooking and yoga!

Enjoy a week of delicious cooking followed by a week of de-stressing with  relaxing yoga sessions. We are thrilled to offer this program to women the immigrant community, but ALL women are welcome to participate. 

Both Kitchen and Yoga sessions will be facilitated and led by Tanya. The yoga sessions will focus on stress relief and relaxation tailored specifically for women.
