It was a dark and stormy morning, when the saints came marching in . . .
In spite of the heavy rain and wind last Sunday, the people of God ventured out and made their way to the church to celebrate the Reformation and give thanks for the gift of God's priceless grace.
We also had the joy of welcoming quite a few visitors who were seeking spiritual solace and encouragement or curious to learn more about the Lutheran tradition. It was a privilege to welcome them to the Lord's supper and break bread together.
We also livestreamed the service thanks to the video tech skills of Kyler Storm, who showed us his aptitude for multi-tasking - managing the video and camera controls as well as running out the courtyard to unplug the drain in order to prevent our narthex from being flooded!
