Call for a Ceasefire in Gaza

On Friday, November 17, Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC) National Bishop Susan Johnson and Anglican Church of Canada (ACC) Archbishop and Primate Linda Nicholls wrote to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The two church leaders expressed gratitude for the Prime Minister's response to their previous calls to action. However, they again  urged Trudeau to call for a ceasefire and the opening of corridors for humanitarian aid for those affected by the ongoing crisis in Israel and Palestine.
