 SPRING CLEAN UP NEWS

Details

What: GDL Spring 2019 church cleanup

When: Saturday May 18th, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM 

Where: You've been there (1110 Gladwin Dr, North Vancouver)

Nourishment: Light food fare will be provided, and customary tea and coffee will be served

Whatelse: Feel free to come and hang out, even if you feel like you are not able to help with the cleanup  

If you plan on attending please let either Jason or Shelley know by Sunday.  If there are not enough people for the 18th it will be moved to the 25th.  Please let them know which day would be better, or if you are able to come to either.  This is most important!!!!

And then after the church is spruced up on Saturday, come for lunch on Sunday:

May 19th – Next potluck and celebration of May birthdays.  (A little donation would be appreciated to help pay for the birthday cakes.)

 

We also need people to mow the lawn once a week so please sign up on the chart outside the office . 

 

 SHARING GARDEN UPDATE:

I have this year's garden underway.  There is kale, swiss chard, peas, tomatoes, lettuce, arugula, radishes already growing.  Carrots were planted today.  We are still waiting for the women of Turning Point to commit to helping out with watering this year, but I am very hopeful that they will.  It looks like we will be having a hot summer again this year!!
