Join us to see and hear from five Palestinian Christians on the challenges of living their faith in Israel-Palestine. We will view a short 9-minute video produced by Christ at the Checkpoint - an educational conference founded by Rev. Munther Isaac - and have opportunity for discussion.
At the Joint 2023 Assembly of our National Church, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada, and the Anglican Church of Canada passed the "Resolution on Peace and Justice in Palestine and Israel." The resolution included a request that Anclicans and Lutherans "grow in awareness of the realities of life and Christian ministry in the Holy Land . . . " Our Sunday forum is a small step toward towards this goal.
